We are the result of a vison given in late 2019.

The founder of our group in human terms is 
Peter McCool
Pastor of South Sheffield Evangelical Church







Peter received this vision shortly before the pandemic came along in 2020
In the Autumn of 2022 a friend and brother
Jackson Runezerwa of New Hope Christian Church
Shared a dream with Peter where the Lord Showed him the vision in action.
The word received by Jackson was to look and see how busy Peter was
and to help him.

Peter spoke to a man he considers a close friend and trusted brother.
Jonathan Dunning 
Pastor Meadow Head Christian Fellowship (Now retired)
Jonathan was immediately on board and happy to be a part of the vison.









In the time between the original vision and Jacksons dream
Peter met another 2 important men who he was soon to consider 
friend and trusted brother

Together these men make up the leadership of
Encourage and Build.












These are the main things we stand upon as a group.

To maintain the focus of the vision.
To encourage and build up the truth believing church.
(We may be led into other projects by the Lord as we grow and develop
however, we must never forget the calling given to us)

To equip, through training and encouragement, our fellow Christians to share the good news of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.
(Repentance into the born again life)

there will be nothing but the truth of the Holy Scriptures.

On these things we will not compromise.
